Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
Many people living with autoimmune conditions also live with disability, fatigue, pain or low vision. We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What we have done
- A “Skip to main content” link and clear page landmarks and headings for screen-reader users.
- Full keyboard access with a visible focus outline on every link, button and form field.
- Text and interface colours that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Labelled form fields, clear error messages and progress announcements in the Clarity Quiz.
- Respect for your device's “reduce motion” setting, and layouts that work when zoomed to 200% and on mobile.
- Automated testing with axe-core on every main page type, plus manual keyboard checks.
Known limitations
- The Solutions Call booking calendar is provided by a third party (GoHighLevel) and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you have any difficulty booking, use the form below and we will schedule your call with you directly.
- Some older program materials (such as videos or downloads) may not yet have captions or accessible formats. We will provide an accessible alternative on request.
Feedback and assistance
