“For years I lived with redness on my upper arms and thighs, and later psoriasis. Frustrated at not finding answers, I started focusing on my digestion and tailoring what I ate, and I was amazed by the changes in my skin.
Years later, a small patch appeared on my neck. A biopsy confirmed vitiligo. As it spread under my arms, to my chin, around my eyes and to other areas of my body, my confidence went out the window. I planned beach trips with my kids around the heat, wore a hat everywhere, and felt like I was missing out on life.
So I went back to what I’d learned, dug deeper and went against the grain of all the complicated, restrictive advice out there. I realised it had to be simple, because when it’s simple, people actually do it and stick with it. You just need to know what to do and when to do it.
Over time, I started to see changes in my skin. Today I’m out in the sun whenever I like, with hardly any restrictions on what I do. The hat’s off, I’m happy in a vest, and beach days with my kids are spontaneous again. My confidence has grown more than I ever imagined.
That journey is how The pH Method was born, and it’s why I now help others get their health back on track.”
