Services Description

The pH Method provides health coaching and educational programs focused on autoimmune transformation through Cellular Respiration. Our services include online programs, educational content, coaching sessions, and community access.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account and Access

When you purchase a program, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the program materials. You may not share, distribute, or resell program content.

Payment and Refunds

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the time of purchase
• Payment plans are available for select programs
• Refund policies vary by program and are stated at the time of purchase

Coaching Relationship

The coaching relationship is based on trust, confidentiality, and mutual respect. Phil Hoare and The pH Method are health coaches and educators, not licensed medical practitioners. Coaching does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs (including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software) is the property of The pH Method and Phil Hoare and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to: share program materials with non-participants; engage in harassment or harmful behaviour in community spaces; misrepresent your identity or relationship with The pH Method; or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The pH Method and Phil Hoare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
