Multiple Sclerosis

Fatigue, uncertainty and a body that doesn’t always listen. Supporting the cellular energy your nervous system needs.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune condition in which the immune system attacks myelin, the protective coating around nerve fibres in the brain and spinal cord. Depending on where damage occurs, it can cause fatigue, numbness, vision problems, muscle weakness, balance difficulties and changes in thinking. It may relapse and remit, or progress gradually.

If you live with MS, you know the uncertainty: never quite sure how your body will respond tomorrow, the fatigue that can arrive like a wall, the symptoms other people can't see. It takes courage to keep going. You are not the problem.

What you've probably tried, and why it fell short

Disease-modifying therapies are central to MS care and can significantly reduce relapses. The pH Method never replaces them. Alongside medical treatment, many people look for ways to manage fatigue and feel more in control, trying diets and supplements without a clear sense of where to begin.

A different way to see it

Nerve cells are among the most energy-demanding cells in the body, and nerves with damaged myelin need even more energy to send their signals. Researchers have studied the role of mitochondria, the parts of the cell that carry out Cellular Respiration, in MS fatigue and nerve health.

The pH Method begins with Cellular Respiration because energy sits beneath so much of what MS affects. From there, the approach works gently and in sequence, paced to respect fatigue rather than push through it.

The order we work in

  1. Gentle Cellular Respiration: paced for MS fatigue, never pushing beyond capacity
  2. Nervous system regulation: supporting a calmer, more resilient nervous system
  3. Inflammatory load and gut health: easing the wider burden on the immune system
  4. Immune regulation: the deeper work of the Immune Restoration program, for when the foundation is ready

Why you can trust this approach

Phil Hoare lived with autoimmune conditions himself and spent years studying cellular respiration and the order in which the body regains balance. With MS, staying closely connected to your neurologist and MS team is essential, and any new symptoms should always be reported to them. The pH Method is coaching and education that works alongside your medical team, never against them. Please don't stop or change medication without their guidance. Every body is different, and results vary.

What could feel different

Many people hope first for steadier energy. Picture a day you can plan with more confidence, more good hours in it, and a sense that you're actively supporting your body rather than waiting to see what it does next.

Your first step

Take the free Clarity Quiz to see whether your MS is asking for cellular, digestive, liver or complex support first. It takes under two minutes. If your picture feels complicated, a Solutions Call with Phil can help you find the right pathway, so you won't be guessing alone.

You don't have to guess what comes first

The free Clarity Quiz gently shows whether your multiple sclerosis is asking for cellular, digestive, liver or complex support first.

Frequently asked questions about Multiple Sclerosis

Can The pH Method stop MS from progressing?+

No one can promise that. The pH Method supports cellular energy and lifestyle foundations alongside your disease-modifying therapy. It does not replace medical treatment, and results vary.

Will this help my MS fatigue?+

Fatigue is one of the most common MS symptoms and is closely tied to cellular energy. Because The pH Method starts there, and paces everything for fatigue, energy is a central focus.

Is it safe alongside my MS medication?+

The pH Method is gentle, lifestyle-based coaching designed to sit alongside medical treatment. Always tell your neurologist about changes you make.

Should I start with a Solutions Call?+

MS often falls into the Complex category. The quiz is a good start, and a Solutions Call lets Phil recommend the most appropriate pathway for your situation.
