Sjögren's Syndrome

Dry eyes, dry mouth and a tiredness nobody sees. Supporting the cellular foundation beneath Sjögren’s.

Sjögren's syndrome is an autoimmune condition in which the immune system targets the glands that produce moisture, most often the tear and saliva glands. The hallmark symptoms are dry eyes and dry mouth, but Sjögren's is systemic: it commonly brings profound fatigue, joint pain and brain fog, and it can affect the skin, nerves and internal organs.

If you live with Sjögren's, you know the gritty eyes by mid-afternoon, the water bottle that never leaves your side, the food that's hard to swallow, and the exhaustion that's so hard to explain. It often takes years to be diagnosed, and you may have felt dismissed along the way. You are not imagining it, and you are not the problem.

What you've probably tried, and why it fell short

Eye drops, saliva substitutes, humidifiers and, for some, immune-modulating medication are the usual tools. They matter, and they can make daily life far more comfortable. But they mostly manage the dryness. The fatigue and the wider immune activation are often left without a plan.

A different way to see it

Glands that produce tears and saliva are busy, energy-dependent tissue. So is an immune system that's constantly activated. When that much demand meets cells that are short on energy, everything runs low, which helps explain why fatigue is often the symptom that affects people most.

The pH Method begins with Cellular Respiration, the process your cells use to make energy, then works up through circulation, inflammatory load and the gut. Because Sjögren's is systemic, the approach is gentle, paced and sequenced.

The order we work in

  1. Gentle Cellular Respiration: paced for the fatigue that often comes with Sjögren's
  2. Circulation and hydration at the cellular level: supporting moisture and nutrient delivery to tissues
  3. Inflammatory load: easing the burden on the liver and immune system
  4. Immune regulation: the deeper work of the Immune Restoration program, for when the foundation is ready

Why you can trust this approach

Phil Hoare lived with autoimmune conditions himself and spent years studying cellular respiration and the order in which the body regains balance. Regular check-ups with your rheumatologist, eye specialist and dentist remain important with Sjögren's. The pH Method is coaching and education that works alongside your medical team, never against them. Please don't stop or change medication without their guidance. Every body is different, and results vary.

What could feel different

Many people hope first for more energy. Picture an afternoon that doesn't end in exhaustion, a conversation without reaching for water every few minutes, and a little more of your life back from managing symptoms.

Your first step

Take the free Clarity Quiz to see whether your Sjögren's is asking for cellular, digestive, liver or complex support first. It takes under two minutes. If your picture feels complicated, a Solutions Call with Phil can help you find the right pathway, so you won't be guessing alone.

You don't have to guess what comes first

The free Clarity Quiz gently shows whether your sjögren's syndrome is asking for cellular, digestive, liver or complex support first.

Frequently asked questions about Sjögren's Syndrome

Can The pH Method cure Sjögren's?+

No. Sjögren's is a chronic condition. The pH Method aims to support the cellular and lifestyle foundations that influence energy and immune balance, alongside your medical care. Results vary.

Why am I so tired with Sjögren's?+

Fatigue in Sjögren's is linked to the energy cost of an activated immune system, among other factors. Because The pH Method starts with cellular energy, fatigue is a central focus.

Can I keep using my eye drops and medication?+

Yes. Keep using anything your doctors recommend. The pH Method is designed to sit alongside it.

Should I start with the quiz or a Solutions Call?+

Sjögren's often falls into the Complex category. The quiz is a good start, and a Solutions Call can help Phil recommend the right pathway for your situation.
